We were there for Father's Day and my dad just wanted one thing off their menu, and after 45 minutes of waiting it still was not ready. The waitress was very rude when I followed up on the food. I typically enjoy sushi train, but I'll never go back to the one at the Forks ever again.
When I came to the restaurant for take out, They forgot my order while I sat in the restaurant and waited. Then when I got home the Sushi was cold and it fell apart. This is definitely not a place to go for Sushi, the other two locations are much better is service and in quality and well worth the trip. This location of Sushi Train is no indication of how all the restaurants are run, 1st and Madison are much better is their service and quality. Avoid the forks location.
My take-out order of salmon sashmi was frozen and the rolls fell apart. I called in and complained and their excuse was that they were busy. I was informed I would receive a free order the next time I came in. When it came to ordering again they refused to honour the free order. I will never touch this place again and tell all my friends to avoid it. There is much better sushi in the city for similar prices.
